Allen Glaubitz - A&P
Allen Glaubitz, J&G Aviation’s Assistant Shop Supervisor, has been a passionate aircraft mechanic since graduating from A&P school in December 2020. A combat veteran, Allen proudly enlisted and served in the Army’s Infantry as a Paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division with tours in Afghanistan.
Allen’s love of aviation had him returning to A&P school where he graduated in December 2020. Allen started his aviation maintenance career with L3 Harris, primarily doing sheet metal work. He started J&G Aviation in 2022, where he rapidly became a key “go to” member of the team and is a valued member of the operations leadership team.
Allen was born in Nebraska but has called Texas home since he was 3 years old. He is a graduate from Nimitz High School in South Irving and has a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Texas in Arlington. When he’s not “wrenching” and leading in the shop, he enjoys camping, WW2 aviation, trivia, and BBQ
